1. General
   
   1.1 These general terms and conditions govern the terms and conditions of the sunglasses promotion offered by OTTHO, hereinafter referred to as "the Company".
   1.2 By participating in the sunglasses promotion, the participant agrees to these general terms and conditions.

2. Promotion period
   2.1 The sunglasses promotion is valid for all airport transportation bookings made between 01 May and 15 September 2024 and with a minimum price of €160.00 (round trip).

   2.2 The airport transportation performed must take place between May 01, 2024 and December 31, 2024.

   2.3 Exceptions to the promotional period may be granted after mutual agreement with the Company.

3. Scope
   3.1 The sunglasses promotion is valid for airport transportation to all airports in Belgium and neighboring countries, with the exception of Deurne Airport.

   3.2 The promotion applies only to round-trip airport transportation for at least one person, with a maximum number of persons in accordance with the legal maximum capacity of the deployed vehicle.

4. Sunglasses
   4.1 One pair of sunglasses will be issued per reservation.
   4.2 When booking for adults, one pair of sunglasses can be converted to a maximum of two sunglasses for children.
   4.3 The number of sunglasses will be limited per reservation regardless of the number of people in the reservation.
   4.4 The Company reserves the right to determine the selection of sunglasses at its discretion, subject to availability.

5. Other Provisions
   5.1 The Sunglasses Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or offers of the Company unless expressly stated otherwise.
   5.2 The Company reserves the right to change or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
   5.3 Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding airport transportation and the use of the sunglasses issued.
   5.4 The Company assumes no liability for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participation in the sunglasses promotion.
   5.5 These terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law and disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.

By participating in the sunglasses promotion, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
